WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Your weekly check-ins are due at any time on Thursdays and Fridays. If they are going to be late, they are to be sent in no later than 11AM on Saturdays. Same day audio feedback will be provided for Thursday and Friday submissions. If check-ins are going to be late or missed due to personal reasons, you are expected to notify your coach ASAP. For late submissions, you will receive a written feedback response from your coach within 2-3 business days. Please click the appropriate link below to complete your check-in.
