Hey, I’m Coach Krys
I, too, recently discovered that I’m pregnant, and I created this app so we can go through this together. You’re not alone! While this is my first baby, I’ve been a certified pre- and postnatal coach for over three years. During that time, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of pregnant and postpartum women, helping them stay strong and active throughout this special stage of life.
Why Strong Mamas?
I named this app Strong Mamas because of a common misconception: many people are told not to lift weights or to avoid certain activities during pregnancy because they believe pregnancy makes you fragile. While it’s important to be cautious and listen to your body, the truth is we are far from fragile—we are strong, resilient, and capable. With the right program and smart, intentional training, we can continue to do many of the activities we love, staying active and healthy throughout pregnancy.

For the in-gym program, you’ll need access to basic gym equipment, including a barbell. The at-home program requires minimal equipment, such as dumbbells or resistance bands, making it easy to stay active wherever you are.
8. Can I join the app if I’m in the postpartum phase?
