FAQ’s

Q: What equipment do I need?

A: Bands and dumbbells will do the trick! If you have a stability ball, a bench and cables, even better. But all that is required is bands and dumbbells.

Q: When is the next training cycle?

A: The training program is designed in 4 week training blocks, which is sent out at the beginning of the week of each month.

Q: Do I have to wait for a new month to start the program?

A: You don't have to! You will receive access to the previous training block if you decide to join midway through for example. If you are ready to start, there is no need to wait.

Q: Is there a long-term commitment?

A: There is no contract with the subscription. You can cancel at anytime within the app. Note that results take time, where the longer you are committed to the program, the more rewards you will receive.

Q: Can only bodybuilders use the program?

A: Absolutely not! A little bit of experience in the weight-room goes a longways. The Elite Training program has been designed using resistance training principles that can be used for anyone looking to making positive body composition changes
