Note that the Off Season Check In isn’t required until after your competition.
You might be asking to yourself… “Do I Have To Complete The POMS Questionnaire?”
Answer: Not if you don’t want to. But I highly highly recommend it. Physique athletes often struggle with body dysmorphia, depression, and eating disorders. In fact, increasing rates of mental health problems have been reported among physique athletes. The POMS Questionnaire allows us to monitor your emotions and behaviours throughout your prep so we can mitigate these issues when you transition to your offseason.
