Q: What equipment do I need?
A: This program primarily focuses on bodyweight movements, but some equipment will be required. For the best experience and optimal progress, access to a commercial gym is recommended.
Q: When is the next training cycle?
A: The training program is designed in 4 week training blocks, which is sent out at the beginning of the week of each month.
Q: Do I have to wait for a new month to start the program?
A: You don't have to! You will receive access to the previous training block if you decide to join midway through for example. If you are ready to start, there is no need to wait.
Q: Is there a long-term commitment?
A: There is no contract with the subscription. You can cancel at anytime within the app. Note that results take time, where the longer you are committed to the program, the more rewards you will receive.
Q: I can’t even do a push-up, is this program right me?
A: Absolutely! This program includes beginner-friendly calisthenics movements and progressions to help you build strength from the ground up. Whether you’re working toward your first push-up or mastering more advanced skills, the program is designed to meet you at your level and help you progress at your own pace.
